When “different” is a strength you hadn’t thought of. Join this “AACE is the Space” conversation with Jackie Warner, advocate for all things inclusive, and an educator.

    Jackie Warner is a current Senior University Success Specialist at Suitable and a previous career services professional and special educator. Jackie has her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education and her Masters in Autism and Severe Disabilities. She has worked with students with disabilities from birth through adulthood, including in college and vocational education. Jackie enjoys speaking about disabilities and neurodiversity, and she is excited to talk with you all!

    In this Holiday edition of AACE is the Space....well nearly the holiday season...we talk over the fall recruiting season from the employer's perspective. We will discuss  the range of recruiting with Melanie Keith and some of her team from ArcBest as a major employer in our region. 

    Some of the topics we will discuss include the range and types of recruiting events that work for them and the ones they maybe seeing less impact from, the quality of candidates and what stands out when they begin the process of filling their candidate pool.
