My office has been exploring the idea of using text messaging to contact our students regarding upcoming events, job opportunities, etc. We believe this would be an effective way to reach the students, but are unsure as to how they would respond to the messaging and what would be the best way to send out the messages. Do any of you use text messaging to contact your students? What are the pros and cons? We appreciate your help with exploring this idea! Thanks members!
